Terms of Use

Effective 30 September 2026

The short version

  • RepStreak is a tool for counting and tracking push-ups. It is not medical advice.
  • Exercise at your own pace and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
  • Your data is stored only on your iPhone, and in Apple Health if you turn it on.
  • Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the RepStreak iOS app ("RepStreak", "the app"), published by Obitech ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Health and safety

RepStreak helps you count push-ups and track your progress. It does not provide medical, health or fitness advice, and nothing in the app replaces advice from a doctor or qualified professional.

  • Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
  • Set goals that suit your fitness level and increase them gradually.
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort, and seek medical help if needed.

You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety while using the app.

2. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use RepStreak on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. In-app purchases

RepStreak may offer optional in-app purchases, such as Remove Ads. All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy.

We use a service provider, RevenueCat, to check and restore purchases. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in the app's settings to get your purchase back.

4. Advertising

The free version of RepStreak may display ads from third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the products and websites they link to. How ads handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your data

All workout data is stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy and cannot recover lost data. Deleting the app, resetting your device or losing it may permanently delete your history. We recommend keeping regular device backups.

If you allow RepStreak to save workouts to Apple Health, those workouts are stored by Apple in the Health app. They stay there if you delete RepStreak, and you can manage or delete them in the Health app. RepStreak never uses this data for advertising and never shares it with third parties. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.

If you use App Block, RepStreak uses Apple's Screen Time to limit the apps you choose. Screen Time data stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us or to anyone else.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its name, logo, design, text and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In addition:

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep RepStreak accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that rep counts, totals and streaks will always be exact.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or any injury arising from exercise performed while using the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. When we change the Terms, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
