Drop down.
Push up.
Keep the streak.

RepStreak turns push-ups into a daily habit. Set a goal, count reps hands-free, follow a 55-workout program, and earn your screen time one set at a time.

Built for the daily grind

75/100

Hit your daily goal

Choose how many push-ups you want to do each day. The ring fills as you log reps and tells you when the goal is smashed.

Split it your way

Build a custom session from your daily goal: 2 to 12 sets, as even sets, a pyramid or a ladder. Or quick-log a set you've already done.

30

Don't break the chain

Every day you hit your goal gets a flame. Pick rest days that won't break your streak, and train on them anyway if you like. It still counts.

Watch the totals climb

Your totals for today, the week, the month, the year and all time, a 14-day chart against your goal, and records for your best day.

Hands-free rep counting

Put your phone under you. The TrueDepth camera measures how close you are and counts each rep, with a sound and a buzz. No tapping. Nothing is recorded or stored.

55 workouts

A program that gets you to 100

Work through levels, one guided workout at a time, from your first session to 100 push-ups in a row. Set by set, with a rest timer you can adjust.

App Block: earn your screen time

Block the apps that distract you. To open one, do a few push-ups first, and they count toward your goal. Hit your daily goal and everything unlocks until midnight. Built on Apple's Screen Time.

Synced to Apple Health

Every session and quick log is saved to Apple Health as a strength workout, with estimated calories. Turn it on or off any time in Settings. RepStreak only writes to Health. It never reads your health data.

One reminder a day

Pick the time and get a single nudge. No spam.
